Mons Meg teetered out of a Backpackers Hostel in 2007. Named after a huge bombard [cannon] on the ramparts of Edinburgh Castle.  Genetic testing revealed links to Clydeside, Kingsmen and Gaorsach. Currently collecting for surgery to remedy height imbalance.

A diverse and spirited mixed team with a penchant for bad puns, quizzes and Fusty Ferret.. They practice in the fabulous Village Pub  on Mondays from 7.00 – 9.30pm. Mons Meg regularly crawl Edinburgh and Glasgow pubs.

Blood was spilt prior to this year’s major kit change into black hoggers and Rangers socks. Sashes are Edinburgh tartan, lingerie optional but black.

Winners of the Open competition at DERT last year, they are making contingency plans for perceived avian attacks.
